On the 29th of March 2017, William visited the National Memorial Arboretum, as patron. Here he opened the new Remembrance Centre. While on his visit, William met with local schoolchildren, who were visiting the “Landscapes of Life” exhibition. After his the Centre was officially opened with a plaque to commemorate, William’s visit. He met the staff, who will be working in the centre. Finally William placed a wreath outside, remembering Keith Palmer(who died in the Westminster Attack) and other policemen/women who have died in their line of work.
