On the 13th of May 2017, Kate and William, with Harry, hosted a children’s garden Party at Buckingham Palace, called Party at the Palace. Children attending the party, had lost a parent serving in the armed forces. Included in the Invitation was a handwritten letter from Prince Harry and Train Tickets.
On the 18th of April, William attended a screening of the documentary “Mind Over Marathon, which will be shown on BBC One on the 20th of April at 9pm. The screening which took place in the BBC Broadcasting House in London, attended by runners who feature in the programme.
On the 5th of April, Kate and William, with Harry attended a service of hope in Westminster Abbey. The service followed after the Westminster Attacks, which killed 5 including PC Keith Palmer and injured around fifty people.
On the 9th of March 2017, Kate and William, along with The Queen, Prince Philip, Prince Charles, Camilla, Anne, Edward and Sophie, Prince Andrew, Harry, The Duke and Duchess of Gloucester and the Earl of Ulster all attended the Service of Dedication on Horse Guards for the Afghanistan-Iraq memorial.
On the 13th of February 2017, William, as patron of Centrepoint, launched the Centrepoint helpline at the Mix, they are partnering with Centrepoint to deliver the helpline. While there he took part in a training session with former residents and helpline manager.
On the 5th of February 2017, Kate and William started their engagement of February, clearly wanting to increase their work, February is nearly full up with engagement already. Along with Harry, the trio arrived at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, to see how training for the 2017 London Marathon was going and get involved with the running.
On the 28th of January 2017, Kensington Palace announced the William and Harry have decided to erect a statue of their mother, Princess Diana at Kensington Palace for the 20th anniversary of her death.
